This avoids suppliers quoting for their preferred method or product regardless as to whether it is best suited to the needs of the organisation. In addition because all suppliers are quoting for the same solution, it becomes easier to assess the best value supplier.

Pre and post acquisition analysis

There are many issues to consider when taking over or merging organisations. IT Systems can easily be overlooked resulting in disruption, management difficulties or substantial unexpected costs.

We can help you to establish the information required to indicate the potential costs arising from the current state of the IT Systems, both technical and in terms of software licensing. Where necessary we will conduct a detailed assessment of the sites involved. We also aim to identify any risks we feel you should be aware of.

We can also consider a strategy for standardising and consolidating the infrastructure over time, including giving consideration to whether changes would be beneficial.
