Reporting abuse and complaints
Topline Systems provides internet hosting services for a large number of organisations. Organisations using our services are expected to adhere to high standards of website maintenance and ensure that their websites are free from malware. We have a zero tolerance policy of use of our servers for distribution of spam email.
If you wish to raise a complaint about abuse you have received (for example phishing scams, spam emails etc.), from an internet domain name or web server that you believe us to be responsible for managing, please contact us with as much detail as possible using the form below. We will investigate your complaint as soon as possible.
If you wish to make a complaint about an internet hosting or domain registration service you have received from us, please send details using the form below. If you provide an email address we will acknowledge your complaint within 10 business days and aim to resolve any issues within 20 business days.
In the case of complaints specific to UK registered domain names (ones ending in .uk), if you are not happy with the initial outcome of your complaint, then you are able to escalate your issue to Nominet here http://www.nominet.uk/resources/complaints”.
